Pineapple-Cheese Egg

    Pineapple-Cheese Egg

    2 packages (8 ounces/227 g each) cream cheese, softened

    1 cup crushed pineapple, drained

    1/4 cup raisins

    1/4 cup grated carrot

    1/4 cup shredded coconut

    sprinkles or chopped nuts

    graham crackers, vanilla wafers, and/or crackers

    1. In a small bowl, combine the first five ingredients and mix well.

    2. Mold the mixture into the shape of an egg.

    3. Cover the egg with sprinkles or chopped nuts; refrigerate. Serve with graham crackers, vanilla wafers, and/or crackers.
