Cheesecake Grahams

1 package (3 ounces/85 g) cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 1/2 cups non-dairy frozen whipped topping

12 graham crackers

  1. Beat the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and topping together.

  2. Break the graham crackers in half to make squares. Spread one square with the mixture, then top with another square. Repeat for the rest of the crackers. Serve immediately, or refrigerate until served.
