Graham Cracker Treats

1 1/2 cups milk

1 package (3.9 ounces/110 g) instant chocolate pudding

1 container (8 ounces/224 g) frozen whipped topping

1 cup miniature marshmallows

40 graham cracker squares

  1. Make the pudding according to package directions, but using only 1 1/2 cups milk.

  2. Fold in the marshmallows and the whipped topping.

  3. Spread the mixture on half the graham crackers. Top with the remaining graham crackers.

  4. Place the sandwiches in a container, and cover with plastic wrap. Freeze until firm (about five to six hours). Remove from the freezer a few minutes before serving.
