“Bonbon for Mom,” Friend, May 1992, 32
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 1/2 cups chopped almonds
1 can (16 ounces/454 g) ready-to-spread chocolate frosting
1 teaspoon almond extract
Place the crumbs and the almonds in a large bowl.
With clean hands, blend the frosting and the almond extract into the crumbs.
Scoop up a generous teaspoonful of the dough. Roll it between your palms to make a ball. Continue making bonbons until all the mixture is gone.
