Coconut Rabbit

To make each rabbit, you will need: waxed paper, whipped cream, coconut, and four small jelly beans.

  1. Drop two large, rounded tablespoonfuls of whipped cream, just touching each other, onto the waxed paper. Shape two dabs of whipped cream on top for the ears (see illustration).

  2. Sprinkle coconut over the rabbit, and gently press it into the whipped cream.

  3. Add jelly-bean eyes and buttons.

  4. Freeze overnight.
