Let Not Our Souls Forget
(A Thanksgiving Hymn)

1. O Lord, our hearts are turned this hour to thee.
Harvest now is safely gathered in.
O, move our hearts to thankfulness
As now we eat the fruits of labors blest.
2. Let not our grateful souls forget to tithe,
For this law observed abundance brings.
O, let each one unselfishly
Give tithes that heaven’s windows may unfold.
3. Relieve our minds of trials and toils gone by.
Calm the fretting heart and dry the tear.
Let all our thanks in unison
Be sung to thee for this abundant year.
