Mrs. H. Lowell (Ellen) Ralph, a member of the Church from Columbus, Ohio, has been named National Honor Mother of the Year (first runner-up) in the Young American Mother of the Year contest. Also representing their states in the contest were two other Latter-day Saints, Mrs. K. Dean (Claudia) Black of Alhambra, California, and Mrs. Bruce L. (Christine) Olsen of Orem, Utah.
