Announcing a Revised Cornerstone Course: Teachings and Doctrine of the Book of Mormon (Rel 275)

Teachings and Doctrine of the Book of Mormon (Rel 275) is now available in 37 languages. (See the language materials below.) The new design helps students and teachers enjoy a relevant, Christ-centered experience. The institute course materials page has two manuals for the course:

• The media-rich Teachings and Doctrine of the Book of Mormon Class Preparation Material focuses on the learner experience. The teacher and students study and come prepared to discuss their ideas and feelings.
• The adaptable Teachings and Doctrine of the Book of Mormon Teacher Material draws on student preparation and personal experience. It encourages discussion and application.

There are also two teacher training resources:

• “Quick-Start Guide: Teaching Institute Cornerstone Courses”
• The Cornerstone inservice training module, which can be accessed in three ways:
  1. Log in to the Canvas Commons and then search for “Cornerstone Training” in the desired language.
  2. See the PDF version.
  3. Find it in Gospel Library.

The Gospel Library app contains both resources. Select Seminaries and Institutes > Teacher Training > New-Teacher Training Resource, and see the last two items.
