The First Presidency has issued the following statistical report concerning the growth and status of the Church as of December 31, 2014: The total number of stakes at the end of the year was 3,114, with 406 missions, 561 districts, and 29,621 wards and branches. Total Church membership was 15,372,337. The number of new children of record added during 2014 was 116,409, with 296,803 converts being baptized during the year. As of December 31, there were 85,147 full-time missionaries and 30,404 Church-service missionaries serving throughout the Church. Three temples were dedicated in 2014: the Gilbert Arizona, the Fort Lauderdale Florida, and the Phoenix Arizona Temples, with the Ogden Utah Temple being rededicated in 2014. The number of temples in operation at the end of the year was 144.
