The secret's in the sauce. Taste it. Try it out. Mix it around a little bit. Throw it on some of your food. You've got to really let it get into you. You've got to let it be a part of your thought and your daily interaction. It's not something that you can just read as a story, and ah, that was cool. You really need to take some time to be introspective with it. And if you do that with anything, I feel like our little emotional guidance system will let us know what we're feeling if we're being really honest. So read it. Read it for the right reasons, and read it with the intent of just wanting to know with no bias attached.
