Access My Temple Square Tickets
Most events on Temple Square are free to the public and do not require tickets. Some events, such as general conference and Christmas with the Tabernacle Choir, do require free tickets.
To order events tickets (other than for general conference), create a My Temple Square Tickets account. This is different from a Church account.
My Temple Square Tickets is a secure platform.
This system will allow you to:
- Request free tickets.
- View a list of all your tickets and put them in your mobile wallet.
- Update your account information.
- Forward tickets to a friend.
Common Questions
Which events require tickets?
Most events on Temple Square are free to the public and do not require tickets. Some events, such as general conference and Christmas with the Tabernacle Choir, do require free tickets. You must be in your seat 30 minutes before the event begins or your ticket may be invalid.
How do I get tickets to general conference?
If you live in the US or Canada, go to your local stake leaders to ask about tickets. Most stakes are given an allotment of tickets to distribute.
If you live outside the US or Canada, you will need to ask your stake or district president to submit a request for tickets on your behalf.
A standby line will be available outside the Tabernacle on Temple Square for overflow seating as well as potential seating in the Conference Center as available.
How do I get tickets to Tabernacle Choir at Temple Square concerts?
Visit the Tabernacle Choir site to learn how to get your tickets. We recommend subscribing on the Choirs website for regular updates. Watch for information sometime in October for Christmas with the Tabernacle Choir tickets.
What is My Temple Square Tickets?
My Temple Square Tickets is a personal online account manager, available from your desktop computer or anywhere you travel via a mobile device. Using My Temple Square Tickets, you can view your tickets, take specific actions on your tickets, and present a barcoded ticket for entry into the venue. Please do not screenshot your tickets. Each ticket has a unique bar code assigned to it (one time use only) and must be legible to be considered valid.
My Temple Square Tickets also includes features to allow you to edit your account settings and to maintain a list of friends that you may forward tickets. This is not the same as your Church account.
What if I can’t access my account?
Go to the My Temple Square Tickets log-in page. This screen will provide an opportunity to reset your password. If you have multiple accounts, a password change applies to each account you enter. Watch for emails to change the password to confirm which email account you used.
