Elder Paul H. Sinclair was sustained as a General Authority Seventy of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints at the April 2026 general conference. At the time of his call, he had been serving as president of the England London Mission.
Elder Sinclair has served in a number of Church callings, including bishop, high councilor, public affairs specialist, stake president, mission president, and Area Seventy.
Elder Sinclair earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from Brigham Young University in 1989. He also earned a juris doctor degree from Southern Illinois University in 1993 and a master’s degree in organizational leadership from Gonzaga University in 2015. He worked as an attorney for Ice Miller, LLP from 1993 to 2023, first as an associate and then as a partner.
Paul Harrison Sinclair was born in Green Bay, Wisconsin, on March 20, 1966. He married Mona Marie Hill in 1987. They are the parents of five children.
