Elder Brian K. Taylor was sustained as a General Authority Seventy of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on April 1, 2017. At the time of his call, he was serving as president of the Texas Dallas Mission. He has since served as President in the Central America Area and currently as the Utah Area President.
Professional Life
Elder Taylor studied at Brigham Young University, later co-founding and leading several companies, including serving as CEO of a software company serving the US 9-1-1, public safety, and homeland security agencies.
Personal Life
Brian King Taylor was born in Utah to Lowell Moon and Marie King Taylor on April 15, 1964. He married Jill Featherstone on April 30, 1987. They are the parents of seven children.
