What meaningful gifts can you give?
It’s a lot of fun to get gifts. But it can be very fulfilling to give gifts too! The Savior taught that “it is more blessed to give than to receive.”1
Gifts don’t have to be expensive. In fact, the most meaningful gifts are the ones that come from the heart. Here are a few things you could share to spread your light:
- Give a favorite book to a loved one with a kind message written inside.
- Share a thoughtful text and a link to a holiday song or video.
- Send a photo of a memory to a family member or friend you haven’t seen in a while, and plan a time to chat on the phone.
As you give and receive gifts, remember that the ultimate gift is Jesus Christ and His sacrifice for you.2
