Think of exploring a new city. You discover new places to see, people to meet, and history to learn about.
Well, your family tree can be like that too! Log in to FamilySearch and take a stroll along the branches and through the leaves. Open tabs, explore profiles, read stories, and look at pictures.
If you want, you can change the “landscape” pedigree chart into a “fan” chart instead. (On Android, you do this by going to Settings > App > Enable Fan Chart. On iOS, use the blue icon.) Which view do you like better?
Believe it or not, when you do this kind of exploring, you are gathering Israel! The more we get to know our ancestors, the more our hearts are turned to theirs, and the more connected we all become!
