When Sister Rebecca Craven, Second Counselor in the Young Women General Presidency, was a teenager, her dad had to go away to war. It was really hard—and scary too. But she chose to have faith.
“Although I did not know for sure that my dad would return home safely, I trusted that everything would be OK, regardless of what happened,” she said.
It can be easy to feel close to God when times are good. But do we also trust Him when times are hard?
