Why does the temple matter to you?
If a prophet says something more than once, we should probably pay attention! President Russel M. Nelson spoke about the importance of temples in each one of his conference talks:
- He told a story about the Washington D.C. Temple open house.1
- He taught that making and keeping covenants—like those in the temple—is actually less exhausting than searching for truth in other places.1
- He reminded us that the Savior appeared to people at the temple in the Americas.2
- He announced 18 new temple locations.2
And finally, he left us with quite the promise: “Increased time in the temple will bless your life in ways nothing else can.”2 Wow! What will do you with this invitation from the prophet?
