Do you know how powerful you are?
In some situations, how YOU choose to treat someone might make a huge difference in their experience. For example, imagine a newcomer at church or someone standing alone at an activity. What if someone said hello and offered to show them to class or spent time trying to get to know them better? It could turn a lousy situation into a positive one.
While we aren’t responsible for the happiness of other people, we are responsible for helping them in the ways that we can. Then it’s up to them to decide how to react. And bullying of any kind is never, ever OK—no matter how different another person may seem! Let’s be kind, like the Savior wants us to be. You’ve got this!
