    Building Spiritual Strength

    Both spiritual and physical strength must be developed gradually, and both must be maintained with conscious effort. If we cease to exercise our physical muscles, our body actually will break them down over time to use those components elsewhere, and we will become less strong. Similarly, if we do not work on building our testimonies, they can gradually decay. Let’s keep ourselves in spiritual shape and make consistent efforts to gain and maintain spiritual strength.
