Sometimes promptings tell us to do things that seem to make no sense!
Brother Brad Wilcox, Second Counselor in the Young Men General Presidency, had that kind of experience. He was prompted to quit his job and go back to school.
The decision didn’t make financial sense at the time, but he trusted God and did it. Sure enough, things turned out better than he imagined. He ended up finishing school in time to accept a life-changing teaching position at a university.
“The Lord directed our paths, just as He promised,” he said.
Learn from Others
Ask a faithful family member or leader what blessings they’ve seen from acting on promptings. Then create an action challenge!
