Ester from Brazil told the For the Strength of Youth magazine that she likes making lists of things she’s grateful for, like this:
- The gospel
- My family
- Friends
- Exercise
- Music
When Ester experiences challenges, her gratitude list helps her feel stronger and more courageous.
Maybe now would be a good time to ask yourself, “What helps me? What brings me joy? What am I grateful for?” Start by thinking of one thing to be grateful for, then see how long you can keep the list growing!
