Will broadcasts be available live over the Internet?

Most Churchwide satellite broadcasts are made available for streaming over the Internet. To check a specific worldwide broadcast, see the Broadcast Schedule online. If you still have questions, contact the Global Service Center.


I’ve reviewed the documentation, but I’m still having trouble getting our broadcast solution to work properly. Where can I get additional help?

The online discussion forum offers ideas and solutions from other technology specialists and is a great place to go for assistance. The Global Service Center can also assist with satellite troubleshooting.

Is telephone support from the Global Service Center available on Sundays?

Yes. However, it is limited to the time of the broadcast and one hour prior to its start. We recommend that you test your Church broadcast solution in advance of the event. This will allow you to work out any potential issues and make calls to the Global Service Center well before the event, when the service center is not so busy.

We've implemented an alternative solution for viewing a broadcast, but we are having trouble with it. Can we get help from the Global Service Center?

No. The Global Service Center is not prepared to support alternative solutions.
