CNM Overview

Church Network Manager (CNM) is a web-based tool that allows stake technology specialists (STSs) and certain Church leaders to view and manage network devices within their meetinghouses. With the number of network devices growing in every building, Church Network Manager helps STSs stay organized by keeping all the crucial information in one place. STSs can activate, monitor, and troubleshoot any network device in their stake, all from one website. Additional features of CNM include:

  • Displaying property addresses, unit names, device model numbers, serial numbers, IP addresses, activation statuses, and online statuses of local meetinghouses.
  • Displaying DHCP & static IP addressing.
  • Displaying announcements from Church headquarters.
  • Allowing authorized users to disable wireless access on networks within their organization.
  • Showing contact information of key individuals.

Accessing CNM

To access CNM, visit CNM.ChurchofJesusChrist.org and log in with your Church Account. Those with the following callings should have access to CNM:

  • Stake technology specialists
  • Area technology specialists
  • Stake presidency and certain high councilors
  • Bishoprics and ward clerks

Access to CNM is obtained through the Church Directory of Leaders (CDOL). If someone is in one of these roles and cannot access CNM, check to make sure his or her calling is reflected correctly in CDOL.

CNM is currently officially available in English only. For questions about CNM, email MHT@ChurchofJesusChrist.org.
