At Historic Nauvoo, we invite visitors to choose from many offerings to best meet their needs and expectations. Some visitors may prefer more structure such as taking guided tours of historic homes, while others may prefer more self-guided experiences such as checking out the exhibit in the visitors’ center and exploring beyond the historic site. The following information, including suggested itineraries, can help visitors customize and optimize their experiences at Historic Nauvoo.
Nauvoo has over 20 historic homes and buildings you can visit. Through guided tours, explore carefully preserved spaces and learn about the community of individuals and families who sought to create a “cornerstone of Zion.”
