On-Cycle Youth

On-cycle Preregistration
- October 20, 2026–January 11, 2027
- On-cycle Preregistration is available to approved youth. There is no preference given to youth that preregister first over those who preregister last.
On-cycle Preregistration Finalization
- January 13–January 26, 2027
- At the beginning of this phase, session assignments are announced to youth who have completed their preregistration.
  - Session assignments can be viewed on their FSY Dashboard.
  - Session assignments will also be emailed or texted to youth and parents (though this may take a few days).
Registration should be finalized for youth who were given a session assignment.
- Youth may decline their assignment by not finalizing it during this phase.
- If registration is not finalized in this phase, their reserved spot will be forfeited.

On-cycle Priority Registration
- January 27–February 3, 2027
- Youth that preregistered and didn’t finalize their session assignment, or didn’t receive an assigned session, may register for one of their stake’s assigned sessions, and already registered youth may transfer.
On-cycle Open Registration
- Beginning February 4, 2027
- Approved youth may register for any* available spot in their country of residence and already registered youth may transfer.
Off-cycle Registration
- Beginning February 24, 2027
- When this phase begins, chances of on-cycle youth getting into their preferred session drop drastically. It is strongly recommended that on-cycle youth register before this date.

* Sessions in Hawaii are reserved for residents of Hawaii.

Off-Cycle Youth

Off-cycle Preregistration
- February 15, 2027–February 22, 2027
- Off-cycle Preregistration is available to approved youth. There is no preference given to youth that preregister first over those who preregister last.
Off-cycle Preregistration Finalization Notifications
- February 24–March 2, 2027
- During this phase, session assignments are announced to youth who have completed their preregistration.
  - Session assignments can be viewed on their FSY Dashboard.
  - Session assignment notifications will also be emailed or texted to youth and parents (though this may take a few days).
- Registration should be finalized for youth who were given a session assignment.
  - Youth may decline their assignment by not finalizing it during this phase.
  - If registration is not finalized in this phase, their reserved spot will be forfeited.

All Bishoprics

FSY On-cycle and Off-cycle Approval
- Beginning September 18, 2026 all Bishops can approve their youth.

Deadlines

Accommodation Request Deadline
- 45 days prior to the session start date
- After this deadline, medical, dietary, disability, or other accommodation requests may no longer be made.
Roommate Request Deadline
- Sunday 2 weeks prior to the session start date at 11:59 PM
- After this deadline, roommate requests may no longer be made.
Registration and Withdrawal Deadline
- Sunday prior to the session start date at 6:00 PM local time of the session
- After this deadline, youth can no longer register for or transfer to the session, nor can they receive a refund for withdrawing.
