Deseret Book Stores to Take Distribution Role
To improve efficiency and better serve Church members, the Distribution Services Division of the Church has expanded an agreement with Deseret Book to provide Church-produced materials through Deseret Book outlets.
Distribution Services stores located near Deseret Book stores will be closed. Approximately a dozen stores will be consolidated, with additional locations consolidating in following years. Under the new agreement, Deseret Book will offer Distribution materials according to prices and policies established by the Church.
