Church’s International Liahona Magazine Published in 48 Languages

The Liahona is the international magazine for the Church and is published in print and online in 48 languages. Some languages have only one issue a year and others receive more, depending on the number of members who speak each language.
The Liahona has articles for children, teens, and adults, all of which are published concurrently in the Church’s English magazines (Ensign, New Era, and Friend) in the same month. The Liahona is published monthly in the following 21 languages: Cebuano, Chinese, Danish, Dutch, English, Finnish, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian, Portuguese, Russian, Samoan, Spanish, Swedish, Tagalog, Thai, Tongan, and Ukrainian.
It is published six times a year (two conference issues and four regular issues in January, April, May, July, October, and November) in Hungarian, Indonesian, and Chinese Simplified.
It is published six times a year (six regular issues in January, April, June, July, October, and December) in Cambodian and Mongolian.
It is published four times per year (two conference issues and two regular issues in April, May, October, and November) in the following 10 languages: Albanian, Armenian, Bulgarian, Czech, Fijian, Malagasy, Polish, Romanian, Tahitian, and Vietnamese.
It is published four times a year (four regular issues in January, April, July, and October) in Kiribati.
It is published three times a year (three regular issues in April, July, and October) in Urdu.
It is published two times a year (two regular issues in April and October) in Bislama, Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian, and Marshallese.
It is published once a year in April in Croatian, Greek, Icelandic, Slovenian, and Swahili.
First Presidency Message and Visiting Teaching Messages
Eighty-six languages receive the First Presidency Message and the Visiting Teaching Message each month. They are published either as part of the Liahona or as a separate item if the language doesn’t get the Liahona in a given month.
