Castle Valley Pageant to Portray the Settling of Early Latter-day Saint Pioneers

Organizers of the Castle Valley Pageant, sponsored by the Church, are now inviting guests to arrive at Castle Dale, Utah, to experience an outdoor historical drama that portrays the trials and triumph of early Latter-day Saints settlers in Castle Valley. The pageant is located approximately eight miles outside of Castle Dale, Utah, in Emery County, at 4785 North Desbee Dove Road.
The biennial Castle Valley Pageant will take place August 2–4 and 7–11, 2012. In addition to the dramatic presentation, the pageant also features a pioneer village exhibit that showcases the skills necessary to survive in a pioneer settlement, such as blacksmithing, weaving, and spinning.
