Can we hold separate meetings for teachers of adults, youth, and children, since the needs of those audiences are often unique?

Teaching in the Savior’s Way states: “If necessary, participants may be divided into groups according to the needs of those they teach. For example, teachers of youth or children may benefit from meeting separately on occasion to discuss issues specifically related to teaching youth or children” (page 3). However, there is also value in teachers of different age groups meeting together as much as possible because this allows more teachers to learn from each other’s experiences. For example, helpful advice for a Primary teacher may come from a Gospel Doctrine teacher drawing on her experience as a mother or as a former Primary teacher.
