You may use white-out tape (not liquid) to make needed changes. Do not scribble or cross things out.

Can missionaries send in a copy of their birth certificate?

No, Missionaries need to send a certificate copy issued by the missionary's state vital records.

Canadian citizens needs to have their long-form certified birth certificates and RCMP record checks authenticated by the Canadian government and legalized by the Albanian Embassy.

Do missionaries need to mail their passport to the Missionary Travel Office?

No. Missionaries hand-carry their passport with them to the missionary training center, but Missionary Travel does need a copy of the photo/ID page of their passport along with the other documents the travel office requires.

Can missionaries take an international trip with their passport before they go on their mission?

Yes. The actual passport doesn’t need to be turned into Missionary Travel, so missionaries can take an international trip with their passport before they leave on their mission.

When will missionaries get their visa?

Missionaries will obtain their visa in country.
