A color photocopy of the passport ID page is required to be sent to Church Travel as part of your visa requirements.

Missionaries should leave their signature as signed on the passport.
Can I make corrections to my visa forms if the information already filled in is not correct?
You may use white-out tape (not liquid) to make needed changes. Do not scribble or cross things out. Use BLACK INK to make corrections. Inform us of the changes.
If missionaries lose their visa packet, can they get a new one?

No. Missionaries only need to provide a photocopy of their passport ID page.
